What is the difference between Buyer, Seller, and Suite?
Buyer plans are for sourcing stone (opening RFQs, collecting offers). Seller plans are for quarries and manufacturers (submitting offers, marketplace visibility). Suite bundles both into one subscription and one invoice.
What do I save by paying annually?
Annual billing charges 10 months instead of 12 — about 2 months free. You can switch back to monthly at any time.
How does upgrading or downgrading work?
You can change plans at any time. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What happens when I hit my offer limit?
Your weekly offer allowance resets every Monday. You can also upgrade to a higher tier at any time to raise the limit immediately.
Do you really take zero commission? How do you make money?
Zero commission, on every deal. We only earn from the seat subscription; the price you agree on stays between you and the other party. No transaction, listing, or pay-to-rank fees.
What does 'sealed bid' mean — can suppliers see each other's offers?
No competing supplier sees your bid — not its price, not how many came in. An offer is visible only to the buyer who requested it. You compete on value, not on who peeks first.
What if I cancel — is there a commitment?
No contract, no lock-in — switch between monthly and annual, or cancel, anytime. If you paid annually, you keep access until the period ends.
