Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MarbleMap marketplace, website, and AI assistant connectors, operated by Fusapp OÜ (Estonia). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who may use MarbleMap

MarbleMap is a business-to-business service. You may use it only on behalf of a company, if you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for that company. Individual consumers are not the intended users.

2. The service

MarbleMap is a commission-free, sealed-bid marketplace for natural stone where buyers post requests (RFQs) and suppliers respond with offers. The platform takes no cut of any transaction. MarbleMap is an intermediary that connects companies; the resulting purchase, delivery, and payment are agreed and performed directly between the parties, and MarbleMap is not a party to them.

3. Accounts & verification

Access to the marketplace requires business verification (KYB) and an appropriate plan. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or verify accounts to keep the marketplace safe.

4. Plans, billing & subscriptions

Paid plans are membership/seat-based and billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew for the chosen period unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Any manage-plan or checkout steps take place on our own website, not inside a connected AI assistant.

5. Fairness rules

Sealed bidding, buyer isolation, and demand-scoped communication are core, immutable rules. You must not attempt to identify competing offers or their number, circumvent isolation, or manipulate the matching process. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including: posting unlawful, infringing, or misleading content; scraping or overloading the service; interfering with security; or using the platform to deanonymize other companies' offers. You retain rights to the content you submit and grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service.

7. AI assistants & connectors

You may connect MarbleMap to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude through a secure sign-in. Actions taken through a connected assistant are your responsibility and are subject to the same rules and permissions as the website. Your use of the assistant is also governed by that provider's own terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do not warrant the quality, legality, or performance of any counterparty, product, or transaction arranged through the marketplace. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusapp OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the platform.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the fairness rules. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, governing law) continue after termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Fusapp OÜ is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
